Current Characters: None.
Link to Reserve: Here!

Character Name: Fushi
Character Canon: To Your Eternity
Canon Point: Chapter 61
Age: Circa 200.

Crime: Feel free to choose, mods!

Background: Fushi's wiki page is still being written, a few chapters until his canon point are missing. Here they are! CHAPTER 55, CHAPTER 56, CHAPTER 57, CHAPTER 58, CHAPTER 59, CHAPTER 60, CHAPTER 61.

Personality: To understand Fushi's personality, one must remember their core. Immortal, built to learn and adapt, Fushi's personality and motivation are reflected by the people and living beings they have encountered in the past, although it is often stained by their own melancholy and existential pain.

Fushi starts a blank slate, literally solely a white orb of light cast upon the world, and it is by learning empathy, and receiving stimuli, that Fushi can grow - starting out as nearly an infant, having to be taught how to eat, how to speak, how to swallow, how to breathe, and that childishness and ability to be influenced often creates a state of preciousness on others, allowing them to be seen as something to protect, educate and adopt. This serves them greatly, as it's through relationships that Fushi can see the world - and it upsets them all the same, knowing their comrades will perish and they will remain. The love and care of those who have crossed their path have both softened them and worsened their own loneliness. As an immortal, they have seen death coming for their beloved repeatedly, and not fully comprehending death and equating it to being alone, their loneliness exacerbates and they struggle to connect with others, in fear of reliving the pain of grief and loss.

Due to what they are, there is constant supernatural danger, and it gives them a sense of guilt over bringing death and using said deaths for their own livelihood. Stubborn as they are, they struggle to accept how they fit in this world, disliking being manipulated or following orders, but unfortunately often yielding in order to protect or save - including the memories or thoughts of those who passed, which can be stolen from them by the enemy. In fact, Fushi's able to go through a lot of bullshit for the greater good, but it frequently brings out their temper. They hardly care about their creator's expectations of them, instead focusing on what those expectations could mean for their people.

Tactless, brutally honest, and nonchalant could easily describe Fushi when dealing with people, as expected from something that isn't fully understanding of human manners and values. Morals are complicated to think of as well - their unwillingness to kill or do harm stems from their own dislike of it, as well as the imprints of others' beliefs onto them over time. That said, Fushi wishes more than anything for no one else to die and to ensure peace and a fruitful future. For that, they will fight and claw their way through hardship, and sacrifice and repeat it all, so that others can live... And so they won't be alone.

Finally, it's worth noting that Fushi is Fushi - while Fushi identifies with the Nameless Boy as his standard form, they are a being, and whatever form they take reflects on their idea of gender. It confuses others, but it allows Fushi to expand themselves. As they can also become animals, it's even more confusing. Fushi is Fushi.

Abilities:

Immortality

Fushi is a true immortal in that even if they were to lose all his forms, they would simply revert back to an inert white orb.

Rapid Regeneration

Fushi recovers quickly from any injury they receive, no matter how gruesome or persistent, and their revival speed becomes faster with every death. It initially took them five days to revive, decreasing to six hours, and then eventually to mere minutes. They also resurrect more quickly as their body adapts to whatever kills them.

Shapeshifting

Fushi can take on the shape and abilities of anything that gives them stimuli, and includes even extrasensory abilities. The stronger the stimuli, whether physical or emotional, the better they can shift into said form. However, they can only shift into a living being after said being is dead, and they cannot shift into someone they have never seen alive. When they try to mimic a corpse, they will simply become a corpse and nothing more. When Fushi acquires a body from a living being, it is exactly how they last saw them. This includes any wounds that remained. March's form has a bloodstain on her abdomen, The Nameless Boy's leg has a wound, and whenever they shifted into his body, they would feel hungry as The Boy likely ate very little before his death. When shifting into another living being, their personality, habits, and voice can change accordingly, depending on how Fushi knew them. They take on their abilities and appearance.

As of the canon point chosen, the forms they have in store are:
The Nameless Boy (no special skills), March (can climb trees really well), Parona (fighter and archer), Shin (no special abilities), Gugu (strong and fire breathing), Beer Grandpa (no special skills), Rynn (no special skills), Uroy (sword skills), Mia (no special skills), Uba (dart throwing), and Tonari (fighter, immune to several poisons).

As for animals, we have several, but I'm making note of only the following:
An arctic wolf, a blind mole, a crab, and an owl.

Empathy Sense

Fushi has the supernatural ability to sense the emotions and pain of other living beings, even if they cannot see them. As a result, they don't need to extensively interact with individuals directly in order to take their form.

Replication

When it comes to non-living things, Fushi only needs to receive stimuli from them once before being able to recreate them perfectly at essentially no cost. The greater the stimulus, the deeper it is imprinted in Fushi's memory and the easier it is to replicate it. As such, they consume a wide variety of food, and rub books and other objects on their arm in order to expand the number of objects they can create.

So far, they can create corpses of the people they've seen, the shell of a crab, various books and weapons (including explosive arrows), money, a doll, and many kinds of food which seem to be perfectly safe for consumption.

Resurrection (UNKNOWN DURING CANON POINT)

After being asked to revive a lord's daughter, Fushi unknowingly demonstrated an ability to revive the dead, needing only to recreate their body for their soul to return to. However, Fushi can only revive someone whose soul remains in the world, and they can't revive someone they haven't seen alive, as their recreated body would be dead already. Fushi can circumvent this restriction if they are able to interact with the soul directly, such as using Bon's body and his ability to see them.

Territory Domination (UNKNOWN DURING CANON POINT)

After Fushi expresses their desire to sense the Nokkers, the Beholder teaches them the ability to expand his senses throughout objects using their ability to create. Fushi utilizes plant roots to expand the territory they effectively "control", allowing them to create whatever he needs to destroy Nokkers that enter it.

As this allows them to create anything where his roots exist, he can also create other bodies and transfer their consciousness to them and back again to his main body. Eventually, after spreading their roots around the entire planet and supposedly wiping out all the Nokkers, the Beholder grants them the ability to reconnect to any part of them that they have severed, allowing them to roam the world freely, without needing to be attached to their network.

Inventory: Simply clothes.

Samples: Number one ; Number two.

Questions: I apologize for the ability part because they truly are OP beyond belief. If I may, I'd like to suggest some nerfs! Keeping forms, but unable to acquire more, and only the ones cited on this app, keep the regeneration, however slower, allowing thus for him to be killed (if that's what you would go for with the immortality bit!), and stripping him completely of replication, or allowing for one item per time? Just ideas! All good if you'd like to nerf him more or less than this!
